Yes Forex Inc.: Purchase of Shares of Wildcat Exploration Ltd.

TORONTO, ONTARIO, Feb 21, 2007 (CCNMatthews via COMTEX) -- Yes Forex Inc. announced that it has acquired 1,750,000 common shares (the "Purchased Shares") of Wildcat Exploration Ltd. (the "Corporation") through the exercise of previously issued common share purchase warrants. The Purchased Shares represent 4.6% of the issued and outstanding common shares of the Corporation. The Purchased Shares were purchased for $0.40 per share or an aggregate purchase price of $700,000.
