POS: Program Manager with Agile

LOC: Seattle, WA(F2F is required)

Duration: 3+ Months

"We are seeking a strong program manager who can design and drive new features and improvements to the product, and participate in a fast-paced, agile development cycle. This team member will also manage updates, new features, and operations for our web analytics pipeline. This is a great opportunity to work within a dynamic service team environment including significant collaboration with partners.

 

Responsibilities:

•         Gather and document customer requirements / user scenarios for data-centric workflows & features

•         Write feature specifications and document existing system functionality

•         Manage Agile product development; serve as Scrum master as needed

•         Act as a liaison between our global media & business partners and the engineering organization

•         Populate, prioritize, and manage product backlog with product owners & engineering team

 

Required Skills & Experience:

•         Agile program management within Microsoft / experience managing cross-team development & release

•         Ability to lead and work collaboratively

•         Detail-oriented with a passion for data analysis

•         Strong customer and partner focus

•         Self-starter with the ability to work through ambiguity

•         Strong oral and written communication skills are required in order to collaborate with teams across multiple domestic and international locations

•         Experience in report design and data analysis

•         Experience in UI /UX design helpful
